This is the ultimate design for a family with teenagers. Two bedrooms plus a den and balcony are located above the garage at the opposite end of the house from the master bedroom. Entry to the stairs direct from the garage permits late night arrivals without disturbing the parents. There is also access to a full bath, closets and laundry room.
The kitchen with curved island and eating bar features a walk-in pantry plus broom closet. There is a separate dining room with cathedral ceiling. A large sunroom with an eating area open off of the kitchen.
