Trusses And Parallam
- Custom designed for your area, cantilevered overhangs give more room for insulation and ventilation, various designs include commons, gables, scissors, girders, and drop trusses.
- Truss joists used in most cathedral ceilings.
- Laminated ridge beams and point-load lintels.
Beams And Posts
- Pine interior support posts, porch beams, porch posts, and screwjacks.
Windows And Exterior Doors
- Windows are wood casement with high efficiency, low E, Argon gas filled and detachable wood grilles.
- Doors are insulated steel, pre-hung in wood frame, with foam weatherstrip, and P.V.C. clad wood threshold.
- Sliding glass doors, picture windows, and special fixed lite windows do not have grilles.
- Garage doors are raised-cedar sectional, complete with hardware, 2x6 subjambs and gaskets for windows and door openings.
- Traditionally styled 1x4 custom trim.
- Premium grade caulking included for sealing around windows and doors.
