  • We are one of the only log home companies to pre-drill the logs for electrical.
  • We also purchase all of our dimensional lumber direct from the mill and cull out substandard lumber prior to shipping to you.
  • Our low-E Argon windows have one of the highest R-factor ratings in the industry.
  • All sub-floors supplied are TJI silent floor systems. 

2. Quality Control

Then prior to shipping your home to you, the wall assemblies are erected in our facility to verify all dimensions, window openings, thru-bolt hole alignment and to visually inspect the logs.
