Selecting the perfect plan…for the dog days of summer

This cottage, which is located in the Muskokas, features an open concept kitchen, living, and dining room, as well as a 3 season screened room for protection from the mosquitoes during the evening.  The walkout basement adds many advantages such as a utility room, added bedrooms, a games room, stone feature to compliment the logs, as well as increases the overall square footage.  This allows for the principle rooms (kitchen, living, dining, and master) to be on the main floor.

Nothing is more relaxing than being in a Confederation…THIS IS LIVING!

“From working with the customer we knew this plan was going to start out as a cottage but eventually turn into their retirement home,” says owner Rick Kinsman who has been with the company since it’s beginning and has been involved with every project Confederation has done.  “There were a couple revisions to the initial design, but that’s very normal.   Designing a cottage or a home is a process, and we are equipped to be with you every step of the way to make sure the end result is exactly what you expect.”

Part of the Design Phase is a full 3D Virtual Walk-through, inside and out, so you can see what your project will look like before production.  This has been very well received from our customers.
